Cage Farm
The layer cage
(1) Cage frame: acts as the structural support of the cage body, consisting of a beam, beam
hook and buckle, other support. For 8 layers and below, the middle support is processed by bending
the entire piece. For more than eight layers, processed in two sections.The size of middle support is
40mm*30mm*40mm, thickness: 1.8/2.0/2.5. Material is 440 Mg-Al-Zn alloy, coating thickness:
275g/m², (Al l0%, Mg 3%). The head and tail supports are 40mm*30mm* 2.0 mm rectangular tubes.
The big head support 60mm*40mm* 2.0mm rectangular tubes. The tail stand supports are
40mm*20mm* 2.0mm rectangular tubes, which are welded and then hot-dipped in zinc.
(2) Cage body: The chicken cage is made from Q235 Al-Zn alloy wire processed by straightening,
welding, and assembling. It includes the top net, bottom net, front net, back net, and cage door. The
top net can have more dense grids. The cage bottom net has a slope of 7.5°. Cage specifications
generally feature a height of 45 cm and a depth of about 65 cm, accommodating 9 chickens per cell.

Healthy chickens consistently demonstrate higher productivity compared to those raised in less
favorable conditions, and the use of enrichment cages can further enhance their egg-laying potential
and period. Our simple structure of the cage design allows for easy and thorough cleaning and
disinfection, effectively minimizing parasitic infestations (such as mites) and bacterial infections.
Additionally, sick birds can be promptly identified and isolated within the cage system, preventing the
spread of disease throughout the flock. The design also ensures that manure does not accumulate
on the bottom net, while eggs remain separated from waste, significantly reducing the risk of
contamination by Salmonella and other harmful bacteria.
